Tourch Corals do look like that, But i think that may be a Sabae Anemone.

Is the plastic bin your ATO? if so, how is the sump underneath holding up? I was thinking about something like that but I'm afraid that the weight of the ATO reservoir would be too much. I was thinking about a 10g tank.

what is the fish in your second post first pic? The silver with yellow fins. I have seen them at our local aquarium but I have never known what they were.
