Recent Brain coral pic - Aquarium Advice

Just wanted to post a recent pic of my brain coral. He seems to be doing quite well.

That is a freacking gorgeous coral. CHristmas seems like such a tempting time to ask for stuff to setup my first SW tank...however, it'd be too much of a pain to get going since I'm only home on the weekends. I'm at school monday-friday.

Believe it or not my LFS had it. He said nobody would take it because it was ugly. I guess Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. LOL.

If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for that at the lfs and what is the light requirement and food requirement for such a beautiful brain coral as such.

I think I paid 80 dollars for it and I dont feed it anything. It gets what it needs from the lighting and water column. I`ve had it for about 2 yrs now. It just needs moderate lighting as most LPS corals need. I`ve never seen one like that advertised online.
