Tiny frags all grown up

2 years ago I started a tank with a bunch of live rock and some soft coral. All of my zoas have gone but the xenias, mushrooms and star polyps have grown out of control!! 1 large mushroom the size of my fist is now 25 the size of a fist and xenias the size of a pinky finger now the size of a football helmet. It is getting very crowded in my tank, any suggestions? Local store offered to trade me some bare live rock for my covered pieces..... ya sounds like a great deal for them. Ide rather give them away in pieces to saltwater enthusiasts or start another tank.

as long as I had reefs never could keep shrooms more than 6 months

the shrooms and xenias move and grow super fast. lately i have to keep pulling off shrooms and throwing them to the back of the tank where there is room. seems like 1 splits daily lately, all from one. funny thing is i have 1 ricordia down fromt that hasnt grown in 2 years, only one. I have no idea how to begin to frag xenias.
