apparently it's against the rules to say bad things about forum sponsors whether they deserve it or not so I won't.

Sorry you had such a bad experience. I'm sure one of the other sponsors here will be more than happy to have you as a customer.

Well, you already stated that you would never buy from us again. What am I supposed to do? I can't make you buy from our business. You start with your first post on this board by attacking us. You were obviously looking for a fight and I'm sorry but I'm not going to give you one. I wish you the best of luck in your new position.

I dont think fishfreak was saying you shouldnt say anything bad against the sponser i believe he was in fact asking you to clarify instead of makeing a broad statement that no one else would understand. If u say ________ is a terrible store, sponser, person to do buisness with it would help that u clarify y that person is so awful. Otherwise you will not be considered crediable, but just an angry ranting person.

I'm a little confused. I saw the post earlier that described why you had a problem with the sponsor, but now it's been edited. That info, that's now gone, is all fishfreek wanted to hear, as far as I know. The administration at this site tries real hard to keep things running smoothly which includes many aspects of who they allow to sponsor the site. If a given site was to be running their business poorly I do believe the administration here would decide to cancel their sponsorship. It is very much encouraged to discuss both good and bad experiences with companies here. We just wanted more than a "hey they stink" kind of post. Sometimes being polite and calmy voicing your complaints can accomplish great things. It's entirely possible that it was a bad company and we could find out more about it... BUT, it's also entirely possible that the company made an error and I'm quite certain that they'd be more than willing to discuss the issue and possibly even make things right if need be...
I don't believe that in any way it's against the rules to say something negative about a sponsor. We just wanted a little more info instead of a rant.
I am sorry that your experience was less than satisfactory

Thats right millipede and they are the ones whom edited the topics. IT says so plain and clear.

But that''s OK, I expect that the posts will be removed, aquariumplants.com seems to have really good luck when it comes to having anything negative about them removed from forums.

The second was:
Better yet, just cancel my registration, I want nothing to do with a forum that kisses the behinds of it''s sponsors, I wouldn''t be able to trust anything I read.
The above is a PM to an advisor from this member. I take great offense to this kind of behavior. Advisors act in what they fell is the best interest of the community as a WHOLE.

qwerty, Del has been move than willing on several occasions to work personally with members whom feel they didnt get what they where expecting. Im sure even though you have come across a bit on the harsh side he is willing to do this as well with you if your willing to 'meet half way' so to speak. We also feel here at AA that the sponsor has every right to give their side of the story and until you can provide specifics like date of order, items and qty ordered and items and qty shipped as well as go as far as to give the name on the order so the sponsor can check their records.

If your not willing to supply them with information so that they can give their side of the story then your complaints against them start to hold very little weight and it becomes fairly apparent that your whole purpose with being here is to smash what I would guess would be the competition. There have been other companies whom have tried this kind of stuff. Come here and give fake complaints about their competition. And until you can provide Del the info he needs to check into the issue on his end we can only assume that this is yet another case of someone with very poor business practices trying to perform a smear campaign against their competition.

If you still wish to be removed from this site a simple PM to me will sufice.

Think what you want, I and quite a few others know the real story and that's good enough for me.

Now please delete my account, I won't PM you simply because you'll just post it publicly which pretty much confirms that what I said in those messages about this forum were entirely true. I don't take advice on ethics from people who apparently have their own issues with them.
