I bought four ghost shrimp yesterday and I noticed that one of them had a sack of eggs. Well as I type this the eggs are hatching! I don't know what to do! I am guessing the fish will eat them or they will get sucked into the filter :(.

just hold on for the ride....you will continue to get countless amounts of eggs to hatch, if they live they live if they die they die but your fish will be happy to eat them and if they live you have some extra shrimp to clean your tank(they have extremely low bio-load so dont be worried) :D

The fish will most likely eat them. If you want to hatch them then you should move the female with the eggs into another tank and once the eggs hatch, you move the female back to the main tank. According to live aquaria the babies will eat suitable liquid food, rotifers, or newly hatched brine shrimp.
