Have about 100 silver Molly babies, they are about an inch and a half big but they all are females!!

All livebearers are born female, then after time they will change if need be. More than likely if you have an abundance of females, a male will develop to pick up what is lacking.

Actually......;)

Actually, all livebearers are born LOOKING like females but are males from the get go :brows:
What happens in livebearers is that the more dominant males will mature first then, it is believed, emit a hormone to stop the maturation of their brothers. This is typical in large spawns (having males mature at different times.)
My suggestion, if you see your baby males turning, remove them to another tank and your other males will start maturing.

Hope this helps...(y)

Thanks so much, so far all of them are females haven't seen any turning or trying to turn. Any hints would be awesome

Only time, good aquarium husbandry and your patience is necessary from this point. When they are ready to turn, the males will turn.
Here's a hint: It's very unlikely that a complete spawn of such a large number will all be of one gender. Just keep your eyes open to changes. ;)
