Angelfish breeding in a 30 gal?

I have a 30g tank I'd like to set up for angels. Most of he scourges I read said only a pair, and a pair is too much , ect. What do you guys think? If I just kept 3 I. There to find a pair and then sold the other would that be ok? Any plant ideas? I know how they breed and that hey get agressive to other fish when breeding, any advice on breeding them, like favorite plants that your angels breed on, what to condition them with ? ( has to do with breeding so I put it here)
