How long do angelfish take until they are free swimming and should they be in a Seperate tank to the community one???

It takes about 7 days after hatching at 80 F for angel fry to become free swimming. They should be in their own tank if you want to save them. Once free swimming they have to be fed right away, using newly hatched baby brine shrimp or microworms, with the BBS being better in my experience. Some people have had good luck feeding decapsulated brine shrimp cysts instead of live.
