Aquarium Advice Newbie
I originally had 3 mollies in a 10 gallon tank. Bring rather new to this, I did not cycle the tank. All 3 fish died after the tank had cycled to what I believe was ich. I found 9 orange Molly fry and moved them to a 5 gallon tank.
Just a few days ago, I started treating the fry with heat as well as the salt I had been using. My question is are these fish premature? They are much smaller than the pics I have seen online. Also, I had a single black Molly fry which was bigger than these fry. Unfortunately, it died the day after I found and moved it- possibly from the ick guard or ich.
I have lost 4 of the original 9, but the remaining seem to be doing well despite their size. If these are premature underdeveloped fish, how should I proceed in caring for them? Thanks
