If they are by the bottom then they are most likely cories, guppies will most likely be swimming even if its only about a centimeter above the substrate, can you get better pictures?

That looks more like a guppy to me, but it's hard to tell until they're a little older.

I almost see peppering so I think corries because guppies are usually a solid color
