baby convicts

how long can i leave the babies in with mom and dad?...its been over a month now..some are about 1/2"long some are still very small..mom and dad seem annoyed by them anymore but i dont have an extra tank...still have like a 100 babies..

You will probably have trouble getting rid of them unless someone is looking for feeders. If you remove the fry, the adults will spawn again.

Congrats on the babies. You can leave them in as long as you like, though eventually the parents will spawn again and if the fry are still in there they will eat thier smaller siblings. I have a mated pair of convicts and I use the babies as feeders for my larger fish. Anyway, it is fun to watch them be parents.
