Baby Sailfin Mollies

I have been acclimating a pair of sailfin mollies for a week or so. Last night about a dozen baby mollies were born. I was hoping she wouldnt do this for another couple of weeks so that the babies were used to a higher salinity.
Oh well...maybe the next batch will be fully salted!

Congrats! They look like they are as big or bigger than my 32 day old GBR fry.
 
Congrats Hara! Seems the acclimation wasn't harming the mollies at all for sure. The next batch, and you know there will be a next batch, should be able to wait until fully salted.
 
mollies are great breeders, my sailfins had a pair in freshwater then another in saltwater (my temp is a little low so they don't breed as often which i like)
