Mollies will spawn like rabbits and I think they are livebearer means they don't lay eggs they give birth to live fishes, female can hold s**** for months therefore once the male fertile the female it takes around 2 months then they will be giving dozen of births so regularly check your tank for more fry's, if you keep male and female together and keep the same water conditions you will get hundreds of mollies by this time next year. First of all you need a (breeding net or plastic box or spare tank) It also depends on how many fry's you wanna keep therefore the size of the tank is important, this is because mollies would eat their young fish most of the times so this is to prevent them. Use water from your tank if possible this is to prevent shock from water change as well as temperature 23-25C would be brilliant as well as for the breeding, sponge filter (washing sponge) connected to air-pump fill do the trick. Now the easiest bit is food source I think you have flake food like everyone does so grind it as much as you can so you end up with fine powder They love it (highest protein flake foods are even better they grow 2x faster) That's it now you have your own fish factory (trade some mollies to your LP for exchange of their fishes or maybe even cash)
