Best/easiest freshwater fish to breed?

Hello, I'm looking for some fish to breed. I have bred both guppies and cichlids before so I already have the proper equipment. I have a fully cycled 10 gallon aquarium that has not been stocked yet.

Live bearers are the easiest which consists of mollies platies and guppies

I'd say endlers or guppies would be best for your tank since they are small
