Best food

So im gonna have some guppy fry and betta fry and was wondering what is the best thing to feed them?

I feed my guppies a lot of things but i mostly use tetra color flakes

Hikari makes a food specifically for Guppies. The Betta fry will need live baby brine shrimp or infusoria or microworms. (Live foods until they are big enough and conditioned enough to take dead food.)
