Hey Amy I am sure you got your darks fine as I have only 1 person waiting now for DOA..
The darks are pretty aggressive to each other ..
Like people , their own worst enemy !

Lot of work and time to get to this point ..Almost 2 years now ?
These guys and their gold sister and brothers are what I call hit and miss !
Some are the best rams and parents to fry we all dream of ..
Some kill every other ram that lives with them !
Makes it challenging to say the least ..
My understanding now for getting dark blacks is like angels ..
You can't tell by looking if the ram has the double dark gene or not …
I have not yet seen one spawn that was not mixed gold /dark atleast 50% gold if not higher ..
Surprised I don't see more breeders of these guys or even hear about them from my customers /buddies ??
Never seems to be much competition / comparison for my fish [or their price!]

Looking real nice! I would definitely not mind buying a par off you when/if they come available.
Edit: I just checked your aqua bid and you've got them for sale. Looks like I'll be getting a pair when the weather here gets a little nicer! It's been the ice age here in Colorado the last few weeks.
