breeder box cleaning with fry???

I currently have a small net breeder box, housing about 20 guppy fry, inside my 10g tank...the mother has already been taken out and put back into the community tank...

all my fry appear to be healthy and eating well...but as this is my first time with guppy fry, I've over fed my lil guys and was wondering the best way to siphon the bottom of their net box to clean out left over food without risking them being sucked up in the process.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance.

Turkey baster..... Chain stores also sell a smaller one used for cleaning betta tanks

Use airline tubing. You can also use the small hard tube found in UG lift pipes, crush one end and attach to the airline tube.

Id go with the turkey baster incase you suck one up he/she is safe
