breeding bns

have decided that i am going to have a go at breeding bristlenose plecos.
i bought 2 one inch bn's today and put them in an established 2ft tank with driftwood, caves and my 2 inch female bn.

i was just wondering how long it would take for them to be big enough to spawn? and if they grow very fast ( my female grew an inch in two months) will that speed things up?

The rate at which they grow is an indicator of maturity, but I have no idea when plecos reach maturity. Also, I have no idea how to sex them-want to shed some light of that for me?

has anyone had any experience breeding bns and can give me sdome info like what age(or lenght) do they start breeding at etc
