How often will balloon mollies give birth? And if we don't want the fry what do we do with them that's safe for them?

Hi Emily and welcome to AA!!. They give birth every 30 days or so. If you don't want the fry, there is a few things you could do.
1. If you have other fish in the tank, just leave the fry in the open tank and most, if not all, will be eaten by the fish in the tank.
2. Only keep one sex of balloon molly.
3. Sell or trade for credit to your local fish store or sell them online.
