I don't know the name of my fish but I am doing the right things right? This is my first time breeding and I don't know what to do and how to take care of them. Please help me. And tell me if they are female of males. Thank you.

Without sounding too rude, if you don't even know the name/type of the fish you have, you may not be a good candidate to breed them just yet. I'd strongly suggest you take some time to learn all the basics of breeding fish, the different types of fish and raising fish fry, and only after then, attempt to breed your fish IF you have a male and female.
I'll give you a start, these are TETRAs. They are egg scatterers. (Once you do your research, you'll be able to tell if they are male and female.)

Hope this helps
