Breeding Red Cherry Shrimp

Hi guys, I'm looking to breed red cherry shrimp in a separate 20l cube aquarium. I would ideally like a sponge filter and air pump but I'm not sure what would be ideal for my 20 gallon long tank :/ which sponge filter and air pump would be ideal at a relatively low cost (below a total of $50)?! I have an ideal dark substrate and plenty of Java moss from my 20 gallon to help feed the RCS. Help would be very much appreciated as I am struggling to find an ideal sponge filter and air pump!!! thanks guys )) here is one of my female shrimp hehe

This sponge filter will work. As for air pump any will do.

Even a regular hob filter but you must cover intake tube with small mesh to prevent shrimps and shrimpets from getting sucked up
