Breeding Suggestions?

I wanna take a crack at breeding fish. I am looking for something thats not overly difficult, but something that I could easily sell or get rid of so Im not stuck with 100+ fish.

I dont really care for guppies, but I love bettas, so I am considering them.

How about Bolivian Rams, or German Blue Rams. Pretty easy to breed the Bolivians, I've already had 3 spawnings with mine. No survivers though, the other fish got to them before I could get them out. Will be moving my Bolivians to their own tank as soon as I get all the supplies I ordered. I have a 29G standing by for them. All you need to do is keep your water conditions pristine, and some plants, and you are set.
