Breeding Trewavasae

I got one male and 3 females. They are all 1 inch, at what size do they start breeding? Also what temperature is right and what should the Ph should be?
Any other tips would be great!

They will probably start when they get a little over 2". The temp shouldnt be a problem but i keep mine around 79
