Breeding Two Gold Dust Lyretail Mollies

I started my tank in early April of this year, and I have livebearers (mostly mollies, but some platies and swordtails too) and my Gold Dust Mollies were the first in the tank. One of my females gave birth about a month ago. If both "parents" have lyretails, will the fry definitely have them?

Yes, at least some will. How many will all depend on the genetic makeup of the parents. If they both were the result of a lyretail/regular tail pairs, then some of the fry should also have regular tails.
