Would this be ok to use ? There is ventilation holes at the bottome and top separated by mesh,
Also I was worrying maybe the plastic from the bottle can poison the water,please be free to

OK, that is just crazy. You can use pasta colandars and rubber made containers or two different sized rubber made containers with holes drilled in the floor of the top container so the fry can drop through.
