My 2 convicts in my 10 gallon just laid eggs but I think they are both female..... One is def. female and the other I think is but I'm not sure but when I first got it, I saw faint pink on the belly but that was 3 months ago and I have not seen it since..... My tank is overstocked because I thought I would have my stand by now for my 36 bow but it never came so I might set it up on the floor

Any pics?

Convicts are one of the easiest fish to sex. Males are larger, have a forehead hump, have longer dorsal and anal fin extensions (sometimes going past the tail fin). Females have a nice bright, metallic orange belly.

I will get some soon but they are guarding there eggs so they will not be great.

The first 3 are the male or female that I'm not sure of.... The next 2 are the female with eggs on sillicone

Looks like a male to me. Larger, duller colors, looks like the dorsal and anal fins have nice extensions but can't tell too well from those pics. If the eggs are bad they will go down pretty fast. Otherwise you will soon have a lot of babies that no one wants.

There are about 75 eggs in a cluster on the silicone and the female wont take her eyes off of them and wont eat.

The eggs are hatching and wiggling..... U can only see the tails so far
