You can move the parent and all other inhabitants or move eggs to a different tank. Or put eggs in a breeder box. Eggs can be moved easily with your fingers or credit card. Google corydoras breeding for more info.

I would put the eggs in a breeder, which you can get for like 5$ at most of the pet chains and have many different uses.
