If there is no male, she's probably not looking to spawn. Check and make sure there isn't too much detritus or current at the bottom of your tank. Too much detritus (aka poop) can turn the bottom section of your tank too acidic for the fish's comfort if there isn't enough circulation. If there is too much current, either slow it down or provide areas where she can rest out of the current.
