Is it possible for a mollie to breed with a swordtail or a platy? Just asking because one of my friends refuses to mix them because he thinks they can breed together.

Nope, he iS false. Swords and platies can breed together, so can mollies and guppies.

Nope. Mollies and platies/swordtails cannot breed together because they are of different genus. Mollies and guppies can breed, as can platies and swordtails.

It is impossible for a sword/platy and molly. If a guppy and a molly bred their offspring would be sterile.
