I am saying this with all seriousness. Just let nature take its course, and hope you have good parents. Parent nurturing is essential for discus breeding. If you have to hatch them artificially, you are talking about a lot of work to feed the fry as they become free swimming. I really don't see how someone who works during the day would be able to accommodate the required feeding schedule.
 
I agree by letting them parent them. Make sure your water is 100%. Maybe do more water changes :)
