Does any one know if glofish are a pure strain? meaning if it garanteed that there fry will glo too
Or if the glow gene Is dominant so if they Breed with a non glow fish will the fry glow too?
Also if housing multiple colors do the colors mix or what happens there?
Know it's a lot of questions but the reason I'm asking is because I really want to add some to my tank thing is to buy enough to make my tank look good is just too much money so am thinking of breeding them ( I know I can't sell them because they are patented and money from these fish goes to a good cause ) however I've only really taken care of live breeders, just about every kind but never ones that spawn
I know I could buy regular daninos and skirts and breed those for practice but what if I then become attached and decide to keep them and go ahead with my glow fish what if they cross how will that affect the future fish?
