Lots of fish are easy to breed. One of my favorites is corydoras.

Angels are easy to breed.

Get some corys and when they are old enough they will start breeding. Same goes with many fish, just get a mix of m/f and let them get mature, feed them well, and keep the water clean and in time it'll happen.

Platies and guppies are very colorful and quite easy to breed. Killifish and paradisefish are easy breeders too.
