eggs?

So this is the third time that I have seen these in my fish tank. The last time I saw them was over a year ago. It happened twice, each time they would dissapear in a day or two. Does anyone know what they are?

here is the latest description from my gallery, once again I should be studying!

29 gallon planted Aquaruim. I thought it would be better to give a full tank description than Studying! Filter is an Eheim Classic, DIY CO2 w/ reactor. I use flourish root tabs, Flourish Excel and Iron weekly. Try to maintain a 10% water change/ vacumn each week. Plants are Anubias Barteri, Microsword, Red Melon Sword, Green Melon Sword, Vallisneria, and a few others I can not remember. I have two Clown Loaches, three Golden Indian Algea Eaters, two Albino Cory Cats, two Otto Cats, one Neon Tetra( My Survivor), three Plattys, and Three Black Tetras, and one Ghost Shrimp[/b]

My Platty is not too happy about these apparently. I will have to say it looks like he is a fast mover though
