I did a little rearranging and did the warm water thing this morning and when I came home this evening she looks more squared off but she has a spot on her side like she is bleeding? Its almost like she is starting to bust inside?

All you can do as the "tank keeper" is to make sure the water chemistry is stable and you're feeding a good diet. I like to feed frozen food, because it's high nutrition and nothing else is added. The rest is up to nature.
