Feeding Fry

I saved a few Red Wag Platy fry and have been feeding them powdered fish food ( I grind my NLS to dust). I have also been feeding them freshly hatched baby brine shrimp - so fun to watch that. Does anyone decapsulate their brine shrimp, and is that necessary? I have come across that online of course.
