Really can't tell by the pictures. Look at the fin near its anus is it fanned out or is it a straight fin?

It is too hard to tell. It has clamped fins so ii couldn't tell u

Looks like a boy sunburst wag to me but the clamped fins are making it a little difficult, plus that's something to be concerned with.

On the top pic you can kinda see the gonopodium, an anal fin has a very even look to it when folded up but the gonopodium on this guy is a little more obviously pointy. It seems to have sort of an off-whitish color to it on the fringes also.

A pic of him unclamped will make it 100% but I don't think I see a gravid spot either, so that's another sign.
