First time guppy fry

Ok guys I have been closely watching my one guppy who I was sure was going to give birth anytime, of course she picked the day I worked a 12 hour shift. I immediately noticed she wasn't as fat when I got home. Her gravid spot is still dark but only one fry in the pen. I removed her but now I am thinking maybe she wasn't done? Will the gravid spot be not dark at all once she is done? Not sure what to do.... Please help!

They usually have one or two fry at first & then they'll have the rest in about 48 hours
