fish eggs identification

I have fish eggs wow. They are in small round spots, in middle of the leaf, and are black. I don't know if its my 7 neon tetra or my 2 Otocinclus, my zebra snail, or my 4 Rummy Nose. Seem to me its my Otto. So my eggs are maybe not fertilize. But from what i know, my eggs are black right now, whits means their are fertilize right? Must i be buying other Otto or are they ok?

tetras and otos are very hard to breed in captivity...it's probably the snail

Ok this is not 2 eggs. Instead, in every one of them are around 20 little eggs. Then again, i don't know what it is. I have lots of them
