Fish pregnant?

I am pretty sure that this fish is male. But it looks really fat and i want to know if it is pregnant or something is wrong with it

pics are too blurry to get a clear shot if it has a gonopodium. if it's male, it's certainly not pregnant, but the shape of its abdomen does seem odd...

Bloat/ dropsy I think. No cure if that's it...
