found new babies in my tank
I have 8 guppy babies in a breeder net that where born on nov. 7th that are doing good and I have my only female guppy in a separate net she is fixing to have some more fry soon. This Am. when I got up I found two babies swimming around in the tank they look to be a day or so old. I can only guess that they are molly babies. I have two female and one male in the tank, but none of the babies have evry lasted long enough to be seen, but I just got two angles out of the tank and I think they were my main fry eaters. My question is, is it alright to put the new babies in with the other guppy babies for now to protect them.
Also how long before I can let the guppy fry out into the main tank, I don't want them to be eaten. In my tank I have long finned rosey barbs neons red sarpea tetras lemon tetras, guppies, a clown loach, a flying fox a bn pleco, and three emarald green coriesand i forgot zebra danios. My tank is lightly planted with live plants and has a moderate amt. of fake plants. and lots of driftwood. Thanks for the help. Tess |
