Hi everyone

I just looked at my driftwood and saw quite a few eggs. I didn't know which fish it was that laid them until I saw the GBR's laying them. Two questions I want to ask, is it possible for me to have 2 female GBR's laying eggs or does one of them have to be a male to "trigger" egg laying? and can you help me identify which one is the male and female if there actually are one of each. Both of them look like they are laying eggs because it looks like they have both got "eggs" sticking out.... I've only got 2 GBR in the tank

Thanks for your help
Matthew

I doubt the eggs will last a while because I've got 5 danios, 5 rummy nose tetra, 1 male guppy, 2 female guppies, 1 pepper cory, 1 juli cory, 1 kuhli loach, 4 glass shrimp, 1 albino ancistrus, 3 golden apple snails....and its a 3ft tank. +- 100 litres

One is a male and one is a female . The reason it looks like there both laying eggs is because the female is laying the eggs and the male is fertilizing them so you need at least one male but congrats anyway and the other fish will try to eat the eggs
