Update: Fry is growing and doing well. Still feeding infusoria, once it gets to ~1cm i'll start feeding crushed up flake food.

Anyways, it's about 1cm [acronym:a326aec6f2="Total Length"]TL[/acronym:a326aec6f2] and the red is starting to show. It also has some shiny bits on it's head and side. Interesting

I didn't use a very effective method for harvesting eggs. I put a male and female in one of those livebearer breeding boxes overnight and ended up with about 30 eggs. Usually a female will drop 200-300. I suppose they weren't too happy in that little tiny space. Once i'm done raising this guy, i'll try for some more.

w00t for 0% mortality rate.

That's great! I tried to breed my (plain) zebras once, but it was a half hearted try. I got several fry, but none survived.
