I know that are egg layers and I am not even sure how to gender them, but I have two neon tetras and a glowlight tetra and my glowlight tetra is getting bigger in her Bally area. Any advice?
Looks like its had a big meal. If it continues to be to large try not feeding the whole tank for a few days. The others will be fine. If its still looks bloated then feed a small piece of cooked pea (no shell). It acts like a laxative. Just so you are aware, tetras need groups of a minimum of 6 of their own kind. They are a schooling fish and feel most secure with large numbers of their own kind.
