I noticed one of our glowlights is hugely bigger than the others, and has a large belly in comparison. What should I be looking for when trying to identify if tetras are pregnant?
As it says in the thread, unless you are trying to breed them, you don't need to do anything even if they are filling up with eggs. If you are trying to breed them, what you saw is what you need to look for. Gravid females will be plumper than the males.
