So been doing some research on this and apparently its good for fry to be in gene water. Of corse that is fry that eat it and the organisms that grow in it. I know algae is just a plant. But wouldn't the blooms cause water conditions to change drastically? Is it just as simple as letting it go or is there maintenance involved to keep water levels in check? Just looking for other opinions on this.

yes just get a jar or big glass container put a couple lettuce leafs and a couple algae waffers in it and set it in the window and in a week boom you got it

I already got a tub full of it I was wondering how the fish do has anyone done this.

yes the new fry love it. some fry are to small for bbs like betta and some angels and others and this is a great starter food

all i have to do is go out to the irrigation ditch and get water out of it and let it set in a jar and feed this 1/2 cup a day to fry
