I think we'd need a shot from a different angle to tell. Like when she's swimming away from the camera.

Hi Hannah, it looks to me that she very well could be. She will start to develop a gravid spot near the anal fin.
Since your guppy is a lighter colored gup, this should be easy to spot and it will appear more orange/reddish opposed to the dark gravid area that darker colored guppies will get.

Welcome to AA! I think your guppy may be pregnant, but in the first week or two. Give her another few weeks and hopefully you'll see fry!
