hap flameback holding

i think my hap flameback is holding ... last night i saw her shaking around with my male in the corner of the tank and she was picking sstuff up in her mouth .. and now today she wont eat... i seperated her from the rest of my cichlids into a 10g by herself should i keep her seperated from the male?
