Ok. You can also crush up flakes and feed that too. Here's some fry of mine . they are munching on Zoomed earthworm flakes.

Not really any rules about feeding fry. It's cheaper and easier to feed crushed flakes a few times a day. I'd slowly transition them. Mine still get microworms and bbs, but now only once per day.
