Depending on the temperature of the tank...the eggs should hatch within a few days. Depending on the maturity of the fish...they will allow them to hatch and not eat them. If they allow the eggs to hatch....you really don't have to do anything cichlids are great parents...right up until the next egg laying, then most (blue acaras will) will kill/eat the fry in favor of the new fry.
