How big can fry be to go into comm. tank?
I have fry that are about 5-6 weeks old and was try to guess if they are safe to move into the big fish tank now. The're about half an inch or so. I'd be very upset if they got eaten though. What'cha think?

It entirely depends on the answers to Rich's questions. Some fish are fine at that size with their tankmates and others are at risk due to their tankmates.
